Effective Date: May 14, 2026

By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from
Twilio the employee agrees to these Terms and Conditions for the employee time-entry reminder program.

Program Description
This messaging program sends employees text messages related only to employment app time-entry reminders and closely related operational notices, such as reminders to submit time, complete timesheets, or review time-entry status.

Opt-In

Employees opt in to receive SMS time entry reminders by providing their mobile phone number directly to Human Resources. By providing their mobile number to HR, employees agree to receive text message reminders related to time entry and timesheet deadlines.

Employees may contact HR at any time to update or remove their mobile number from the program.

Opt-Out
Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the employee opts back in through an approved Company method.
