Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received. Automotive parts must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have any original tags attached. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply when an item is returned because it was defective, damaged when received, or shipped incorrectly by Rods N Mods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Rods N Mods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Once your return has been authorized, we will provide instructions for returning your merchandise. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Please package returned merchandise carefully. Rods N Mods is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at service@rodsnmods.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Rods N Mods will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, cover the cost of return shipping. The 20% restocking fee will not apply in these situations.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products

• Products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items missing components, hardware, packaging, or other materials originally included with the product

• Gift cards

• Items specifically identified as Final Sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest option is generally to return the original eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Returns made as part of an exchange are still subject to the terms of this policy, including the 20% restocking fee when applicable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union and applicable law provides a statutory right to cancel or return an online purchase within 14 days, those statutory rights will apply.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition required by applicable law, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. The 20% restocking fee will not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

For approved standard returns, the 20% restocking fee and any other applicable non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund.

The remaining refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
