Every vehicle that leaves our shop is a machine built without compromise raw craft, precision engineering, and a singular obsession with getting it right.

The Philosophy

At Rods N Mods, we don't restore cars we reimagine them. Each build begins with a deep respect for the original and ends with something that could never have existed in its era.

Ghost

'56 Ford F-100

A half-ton icon stripped to its bones and rebuilt as something the '50s could never have imagined.

The Story

Built to Move,
Built to Last

The 1956 Ford F100 big-window pickup has always been a legend, but Travis's vision was to resurrect this classic into a fully modernized, pro-touring hauler.

Starting from a bare shell, we dropped the vintage Ford metal onto a brand-new SpeedTech Performance chassis complete with independent front suspension, rack-and-pinion steering, and four-wheel disc brakes.

We didn't just want it to cruise; we wanted it to perform, which is why it’s powered by a 525-horsepower GM Performance LS3 V8 backed by a 6L80e transmission and a Holley fuel management system.

The body itself is a masterclass in subtle custom fabrication featuring a reshaped grille, widened rear fenders, custom inner tubs, and tucked bumpers all meticulously blocked before Gage laid down a flawless coat of PPG Ford Fighter Jet Gray.

Inside, we fabricated a custom console and valance to house the Vintage Air, while Ceballos Customs brought the cabin to life with premium Moore & Giles leather. Sitting aggressively on 19- and 20-inch Forgeline wheels wrapped in Continental Extreme rubber, this truck doesn't just look the part

it was named a finalist for the Goodguys 2026 LMC Truck of the Year Early, proving it is built to dominate both the show floor and the open pavement.

Green Camaro

'67 Camaro

We are dropping a classic 1967 Camaro shell onto a state-of-the-art Speedtech Performance chassis to build the ultimate canyon-carving machine.

The Story

PRO TOURING,
CANYON Carver

Currently on the floor at Rods N Mods is our green 1967 Camaro, a purpose-built pro-touring canyon carver designed to tear up the pavement here in St. George and beyond.

We’ve ditched the factory underpinnings in favor of a complete IRS Speedtech Performance chassis to give this classic Chevy modern, track-ready handling.

To ensure it has the drivetrain to match that elite suspension geometry, we are backing a heavily updated modern engine with a lightning-fast Bowler 10-speed GM 10L90E transmission, keeping it right in the powerband whether it is launching off the line or eating up tight corners.

This build represents our ultimate goal: blending flawless vintage muscle car aesthetics with high-execution modern performance.
