Vegas Bound: Rods N Mods is Bringing the Heavy Hitters to LS Fest West!
The desert is about to get a lot louder. This weekend, the Rods N Mods crew is packing up the trailers, leaving the St. George shop behind, and blasting down I-15 to Las Vegas for the ultimate celebration of horsepower: Holley LS Fest West.
If you know us, you know we couldn't show up empty-handed. We are bringing down two of our absolute favorite shop builds to display, both sitting on top-tier Speedtech Performance chassis and packing serious LS power. Whether you are there for the drag racing, the drifting, or the massive car show, make sure you track down our booth.
Here is what we are bringing to the desert this weekend!
The Award-Winning '56 Ford F100
Fresh off taking home the highly coveted "Fire Chief’s Choice" award at the Hurricane Valley Rotary Easter Car Show, our 1956 Ford F100 big-window is making the trip to Vegas.
Pictures really do not do the PPG Ford Fighter Jet Gray paint justice you have to see it under the desert sun. When you stop by the booth, take a close look at the metalwork. From the custom tucked bumpers to the reshaped grille, this truck is dialed in. Under the hood, it’s rocking a beautifully detailed 6.2-liter GM LS3 pushing 525 horsepower. It has the classic mid-century soul of an F100, but it handles and launches like a modern track car.
1967 Chevy Camaro
You can't go to an LS Fest without bringing a legendary piece of American muscle. We are bringing out the Green '67 Camaro, and it is built to be driven hard.
Sitting on a full Speedtech chassis, this car is the perfect example of modern pro-touring. When you come by to check it out, peek inside the cabin to see some of the finer details we obsess over. We spent a lot of time dialing in the interior ergonomics, right down to the custom-fabricated center console with integrated cupholders and highly modified seat tracks to maximize driver comfort on long canyon runs. It’s built to shred tires, but also to cruise comfortably all day long.

If you are bringing your own ride to enter in the Saturday Car Show, you might just be going home with some exclusive Rods N Mods hardware.
Robbie and the team fabricated and painted a custom, one-off gas pump trophy right in our shop. We are going to be walking the show fields on Saturday, hunting for the absolute best build to hand it to. Make sure your paint is polished, your engine bay is spotless, and your stance is right we are looking for top-tier fabrication and killer LS swaps.
