1. The Vision & Planning Phase
Every great build starts with a rock-solid game plan. We don't just ask what color you want and start tearing a car apart. We sit down and engineer the aesthetic and performance goals of the vehicle.
During this phase, we nail down the exact stance, wheel fitment, paint codes, and interior details using real-world references and material samples. We also map out the powertrain and chassis combination whether that means dropping an F100 onto a custom Speedtech chassis or stuffing a modern GM 502 into a classic Bel Air. You know exactly what direction the build is heading from day one.
2. Teardown & The Foundation
Once the plan is locked in and the parts are ordered, the real work begins. We tear the donor vehicle down to the absolute bare shell.
This is where we assess the true condition of the metal. The body is stripped, media-blasted, and mounted to a rotisserie. At the same time, your custom aftermarket chassis arrives. We don't mess with patched-together factory frames for our high-level builds; we start with a modern, rigid foundation from brands like Art Morrison or Speedtech that are engineered for extreme performance.
3. High-Execution Fabrication
This is where the vision starts taking shape in the real world. Our fabrication team handles everything from custom firewalls and transmission tunnels to precision sheet metal repair.
If a part doesn't exist to make the design work, we machine it. From custom billet aluminum components to one-off brackets, we ensure every detail under the hood and inside the cabin matches the high-execution standard of the exterior. Panel gaps are dialed in perfectly, and the body is block-sanded straight as an arrow.
4. Paint, Assembly, & Wiring
Once the bodywork is flawless, the shell goes into the booth. After paint and clear coat, it goes through a rigorous wet-sanding and polishing process to achieve that deep, mirror-like finish you expect from a show car.
Assembly is slow, methodical, and heavily documented. We lay out brand-new, show-quality wiring harnesses, plumb the fuel and brake lines, drop in the powertrain, and install the custom interior. We use premium sound deadening—like wall-to-wall Dynamat—to ensure the cabin feels as solid and quiet as a brand-new luxury vehicle.
5. The Shakedown
A car that looks incredible on the show floor but overheats at a stoplight is a failure in our book. The final, and arguably most important, phase is the shakedown.
We put miles on the build. We test the suspension geometry, dial in the engine tuning, check for rattles, and ensure the brakes bite hard. We push the car to make sure it performs exactly the way a modern, high-horsepower machine should. Only when it passes our internal road tests is it finally ready for delivery.
