Rods N Mods is growing, and we are looking for a top-tier Custom Fabricator to join our crew in St. George, Utah.

Get in early with a shop full of talented individuals who specialize in ground-up, award-winning custom builds. We have a variety of high-profile projects underway, and we need the right fabricator capable of building to the elite standards Rods N Mods is known for.

Located in beautiful St. George, Utah, we are in a mecca for off-roading and outdoor activities. It is the perfect place to raise a family, with year-round activities for all ages.

DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE! 

• High-end TIG and MIG welding (Mild Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum).

• Advanced sheet metal shaping and fabrication (custom firewalls, widened inner wheel tubs, floorboards, and tucked bumpers).

• Chassis modifications and modern pro-touring suspension integration (Speedtech, etc.).

• Fabricating custom exhaust systems, roll cages, and one-off bracketry.

• Collaborating with the design and assembly teams to turn renderings into flawless, bare-metal reality.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years hands-on experience with high-performance builds, hot rods, customs, and/or full classic car restorations.

• Mastery of metal fabrication equipment (English wheel, bead roller, planishing hammer, brakes, shears).

• Clean, highly detail-oriented work—our metalwork has to be laser-straight before it ever sees the paint booth.

• Comfortable cutting into and working on high-end, six-figure+ builds.

• Positive attitude and the ability to work cohesively as a team.

• High mechanical knowledge of pre-80s classics, hot rods, and muscle cars.
